  • About us

Infograt Deutschland is the birth of a new generation of smart civic organizations: a non-profit media and community platform launched in Germany, building on the experience of the mother organization in Vienna, Infograt Austria, which has for years provided reliable content to Arabic-speaking communities in Austria and across Europe.

We are not just a news website, but a comprehensive project that seeks to rebuild awareness, strengthen integration, and confront extremism and hatred through professional journalism, smart content, and concrete activities on the ground.

Our guiding motto, which sums up everything we do, is:
“Smart, responsible media that rebuilds awareness, brings people closer together, and shields society from hatred and extremism.”

    What do we want?

We want to make reality better, not just describe it.
We are developing a model of journalism that:

    • sees the human being before the headline,
    • connects the newsroom with the street, the university, and the workplace,
    • and treats AI as a tool to serve society, not as a substitute for human beings.

We believe that journalism today is no longer just about transmitting information. It has become one of the most influential forces that can either reinforce integration or produce extremism. That is why we see it as our responsibility to use media as a positive force that pushes towards a more just, diverse, and cohesive society.

Artificial Intelligence: a core tool, not a decorative gadget

At Infograt Deutschland, artificial intelligence is part of the core of the project:

    • We use it to analyse news, trends, and narratives.
    • We use it to translate content and reach multilingual audiences.
    • We use it to create visual materials, infographics, and explanatory content that make information easier to understand and more accessible.

At the same time, editorial and final decisions remain in the hands of a conscious and responsible human team, which sees AI as a tool to multiply efficiency and transparency, not as a means of manipulation or deception.

Strengthening integration: smart content and practical activities

Alongside our media work, we develop programmes and pathways for social integration targeting people living in Germany: refugees, migrants, second and third generations, and also members of the German majority society who want to better understand these experiences.

    We work on:

    • Producing specialised, up-to-date content on the rights and obligations of residents in Germany, and on opportunities for work, study, and everyday life.
    • Offering practical activities and training workshops that help people use AI tools in their daily lives, in job searching, in their studies, and in developing their own projects.
    • Connecting success stories and real-life experiences to well-designed media content, so that individuals feel they are part of a bigger story, not just numbers in a statistic.

Combating extremism: dismantling narratives and building new awareness

We do not stop at rejecting extremism with generic slogans; we engage with it at the level of narratives and ideas:

    • We analyse extremist religious, political, and media discourses.
    • We dismantle how they operate and how they impact individuals and communities.
    • And we build alternative narratives based on freedom, justice, and human dignity.

We counter extremism through awareness, knowledge, and smart tools, not through censorship and fear.
We believe that confronting extremism starts with understanding human beings, their pain, and their questions – not with erasing or demonising them.

An open platform… with clear boundaries

Infograt Deutschland is an open platform for all intellectual, political, and religious currents that commit to three clear red lines:

    1. Respect for human dignity and fundamental rights.
    2. Belief in the principles of a democratic state and a pluralistic society.
    3. Rejection of violence, hate speech, incitement, and all forms of discrimination.

We address everyone living in Germany without any discrimination based on nationality, religion, political background, or legal status.
Our services are directed to all, without exception, with a clear commitment to fairness, integrity, and professionalism.
