The Arbeiterkammer (AK) has achieved a success in the case of an IT specialist, securing nearly 20,000 Euros in outstanding overtime payments. The expert, identified as Tibor Nagy (name changed), worked for a Viennese HR consulting firm for eleven years.

During his employment, a regular 38.5-hour work week was agreed upon. However, reports indicate that Nagy frequently worked late into the night, resulting in a significant amount of unpaid overtime.
