Conducted by Nira Data and the Alliance of Democracies Foundation, the survey encompasses over 94,000 respondents across 98 countries. Findings reveal that the U.S. is perceived more negatively than Russia for the first time, with majorities in 86 of 97 countries opposing American military bases. While global support for democracy remains robust, the priorities of citizens diverge from Western definitions, emphasizing well-being over individual freedoms. This shift underscores a profound disenchantment with Western-led institutions and a reordering of moral loyalties on the global stage.
