Swedish climate and human rights activist Greta Thunberg was arrested at a pro-Palestinian demonstration in London.

The British campaign group “Defend Our Juries” announced that the 22-year-old was detained for supporting the organization “Palestine Action” with a placard, which is classified as a terrorist group by UK authorities.

Images and video show Thunberg holding a sign stating: “I support the detainees of Palestine Action. I reject genocide.”

The protest, which also saw two other people arrested, targeted an insurance company in London. Police reported that a building was damaged with hammers and red paint early in the morning.

In recent weeks, several members of the banned group “Palestine Action” have been arrested in the UK, with some currently on hunger strike.

The UK government designated Palestine Action as a terrorist organization in early July after activists breached an air force base and sprayed Royal Air Force planes with paint.
