According to the ADAC, diesel prices increased by 9 cents to an average of €2.50 shortly after the midday price adjustment, while E10 gasoline rose by 7.6 cents to €2.23. The new regulations, which permit gas stations to adjust prices only once daily at noon, have not resulted in lower fuel costs. Discussions regarding the trends in oil and gas prices are scheduled to take place at the EU level in the coming days.
