Speaking in a recent interview marking his 40th birthday, Kurz stated that rejecting migrants at Europe’s borders would become standard practice, emphasizing efforts to relocate migrants away from the continent on a larger scale. He advocated for stronger measures to control immigration, arguing that current policies lack the necessary firmness.

Known for his hardline stance on immigration during his time in office, Kurz suggested that conservative leaders across Europe must deliver clearer messaging on migration issues.
